When you contact Never Say Goodbye, what can you expect our services to include?

First, there is no such thing as a typical visit. Every furry baby is different, with individual needs and personalities. We don't just sail in, make sure that the food and water dish is full, then go to the next stop. We love animals - that's why we're in this business. If you had a hidden video camera, you'd see us on the floor playing with your babies. We run around like crazy people to get them in a silly and joyful mood.

We sit quietly and gently pet the elder kitty or puppy. We try to bring joy into their lives on each visit. On our walks we talk to them and say, “I bet your mommy and daddy are wondering what you are doing this very minute.” Or, I say, “Your Mommy and Daddy are missing you right now. Their love for you is bigger than this whole world!”

While you're away, we will daily:

Feed, water and exercise your pet
Give medicines, vitamins and other special care and give medical treatment in case of illness
Leave a comment sheet regarding the physical and emotional state of your pet

When we walk your babies, Yorkie or Great Dane and every size in between, we use the Sporn No Pull Halter Collar.

In my entire personal and professional life I have never lost a fur child. The Sporn No Pull Halter Collar is the safest most humane collar ever invented. I will not take on clients who have not trained their dogs to walk on a leash, and insist that I let their babies out “off lead” and there is no safe area for them to exercise. We make your home appear "lived-in" by:

Bringing in your mail & newpapers
Turn on/off lights, television, radio, etc.
Our regular visits provide crime deterrence for your home
Monitor pool water levels
Bring in garbage cans
Daily, remove dog/cat food cans
Remove kitty litter droppings
Pick-up dog deposits from your back yard

While caring for your pets, we do whatever needs to be done to keep your household operating as though you were home.

We do not and will not ever have any advertising on our vehicles or clothing. We will NOT alert any potential thief that you may not be home. Hopefully, we appear to be average looking family members walking babies around each home.
